Here are some helpful videos for builders that are new or need a refresh on forming ribs and riveting. Please note that this is informational only - as all ribs are fluted, formed and lightening holes are already formed.
Note the order in which things are done. First, flanges are bent in form blocks. Second, lightening/stiffening holes are flanged. Last, the rib is fluted to get it straight.
