Login to the builders cave site.
On the top left of the site you will see a Browse and Page tab. Click the Page tab.
Click on Alert Me, then Manage My Alerts:
Click Add Alert:
Select your desired notification (you have to do one at a time) and click next. Common notifications are Documentation, Events, Helpful Links, Panther Builders Forum and Builder Contact List.
