Here is a partial list of suggested tools.

Some are optional, and you don't need all to start. At the beginning of each section in the builders manual is a list of the minimum tools

you will need for that section. See builder web site for ideas of what other tools may be help and speed the process

Cleco Pliers
Clecos – 3/32 and 1/8th – approx. 100-200 each
Clecos - 5/32 and 3/16 -Aprrox 20 each
Cleco clamps – approx. 10 (or small c-clamps)
C-clamps - small 1-2 inch qty 4-6
C-clamps - medium 3-6 inch qty 4
Deburring tools (edge scrapers, sand paper, scotch brite wheel)
Hole deburing tools (drill bit, burr-away, swiveling type etc ,many options)
Dimpler tooling (if doing flush/blind rivets)
Dimple die – 1/8th 120° from Avery Tools recommended
"Pop rivet gun dimple die" 1/8th 120°
Manual "pop rivet gun"
Pneumatic pop rivet gun
Countersink 1/8" 120° for flush blind and 100° for optional aircraft solid rivets
Countersink 3/16 100° for flush AN6 rivets
Countersink # 6, #8 and #10 screw
Nut plate tools #6/#8
Set of drill bits 1/16-3/8
#40 (0.0980") cobalt drill bit
#30 (0.1285") cobalt drill bit
#31 (0.120") cobalt drill bit

note a few other special sizes will be need to produce "tight fit" holes for AN3 bolts more info in the spar builder manual
