If you are signed up on the PantherCave forum you will, by default, receive an email when someone makes a post.  If you would like to change these settings you can click the link at the bottom of the email notification.  It looks like this:

If you want to change your post notifications settings, click on the following link:

The link will take you to a screen that looks like this:


If you would like to NOT receive emails when some one posts then change the first option to NO, and the 2nd and 3rd to "Yes, but only once..."

Then make sure you click the submit button.  


Will I still get emails?

YES

This will send you notifications of a new post after you have visited the forum, if you are subscribed to the forum.  However, it will not send you any more until you visit the forum again.


If you want to stop removing all emails then you need to unsubscribe from the forums.

If you would like to unsubscribe to the forums then you can remove your subscription.  To do this click on the User Control Panel Tab, then on the Overview Tab, click the Manage Subscriptions option.

Then put a check mark next to each forum and click the button at the bottom labeled Unwatch Marked.  See screen shot below:

If you would like to re-subscribe to one of the sections of the forum then click on the icon in the right hand corner shown below that looks like a piece of paper and a plus sign.  Screen shot below:
