We recommend the Denso spark plugs for all heads.  See below for the specific part number for your application.  These have nickel plated bodies and threads which work well with the aluminum or thread inserts in your head.

We recommend a soft copper washer (14mm copper spark plug gasket M673 Aircraft Spruce#0701261, also called AN4027-2) under the plug, instead of using the supplied sealing washer.

You MUST use graphite lubricant (champion 2612 recommended) on threads to prevent damage to inserts.

Torque plug to 7-8 ft.-lbs. (do not use spec in GM manual)

We recommend you remove and inspect the plugs at each oil change (25 hours) and then clean the thread and reinstall with champion lube.
